FOUR THINGS YOU CAN DO 

  1. CONSIDER diversity weariness a luxury those experiencing exclusion don’t have.  
  1. CONTEMPLATE the diversity tent: everyone is in it…but no one should get trampled. 
  1. CORRECT the fallacy: Equity is about doing right—not inflicting punishment. 
  1. CREATE a new narrative: everyone belongs here and we all benefit when they do.
